Privacy Statement by CASLO ApS

If you contact CASLO, you accept the privacy statement by CASLO ApS, according to the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

How We Store Your Information

When you contact CASLO by email or fax, we store your contact information, including your name, the name of your institution, and email address. By doing so, you give CASLO your consent to contact you by email and to safely store your contact information. We use your contact information only to reply to the request you have sent.

If you send CASLO an order, we also store your address, telephone number, and any additional email addresses you provide. We then use your address, email, and telephone number to send the ordered products, order confirmation, and shipping email. We only make further contact by email or telephone if necessary for correct processing of the order, for invoicing, or if you have further questions.

Your Right to Deletion

You can contact CASLO at any time and ask us to delete all your contact information. We will delete all the information within five working days.

How We Use Your Data

We do not use your contact information to send mailings, information emails, promotions, surveys, and so on. In some cases, we may send one, but only one, follow-up email on price quotations or orders. We do not give or sell your contact information to any third parties.

We may, however, store the data we have from you with a third-party data processor located in a country outside the European Economic Area (EEA). We will comply with the Data Protection Act 1998 for any such storage.
