Peptide Synthesis

Experience:
CASLO has delivered peptides worldwide to the research community for more than twenty years. CASLO peptides have been used in projects published in more than a thousand articles, and a large number of other projects.

Quality control:
Peptides are delivered together with a detailed product certificate for the peptide synthesis, including HPLC and mass spectrometry certificates. CASLO guarantee the quality and specifications, and peptides are supplied with money back guarantee.

More than 1000 publications with CASLO peptides

Quantities:
Peptide synthesis can be made in quantities from 1 mg up to multiple grams.

Support to design of a peptide before peptide synthesis:
If required CASLO can assist you how to design your peptide before the peptide synthesis. Please contact us and we will do our best to help you.

Support to prediction of solubility:
CASLO can predict an approximate solubility of a peptide sequence, and give guidelines for how to dissolve a peptide. Solubility test can also be ordered to be made after the peptide synthesis when an order is placed for the peptide.

Quantity can be ordered from 1 mg to multiple grams.

Purities:
Peptides can be ordered HPLC purified after peptide synthesis to purities of: >70%, >75%, >85%, >90%, >95% or >98% and for some peptides >99%. Peptides can also be supplied bound to resin, or in crude form, for further processing.

Format:
Peptides are as standard made as lyophilized trifluoroacetate salts, but peptides can also be supplied as acetate or chloride salts.

Peptide modifications:
A large range of peptide modifications are possible. Please click on “Peptide Modifications” on the menu bar for more information.

Purity can be ordered from crude purity to 99% purity.

Peptide synthesis technique:
Peptides from CASLO are made by Fmoc solid phase peptide synthesis. Please click on the following link if you wish to learn more about different peptide synthesis techniques.
